What is She Lifts KC?

A program designed to empower women with the knowledge of how to build a strength workout anywhere at any time.

What is the program like?

During this  5 session semi-private training program, 

you will learn how to safely and effectively do the

5 essential weight lifting exercises 

that are the foundation of strength training..

How large are the groups?

With only 3 other participants in a class with you, this feels much more like personal training than a traditional fitness class.
