I work with an amazing, fully-equipped weight training gym in Kansas City where you have the option to become a member for full 24-hour access in addition to training one-on-one with me or remain a non-member and still train one-on-one with me.
My online training clients have access to the everfit® fitness app where I design personalized training programs with detailed instructional videos. Track your progress with weight and measurements.

A four-week custom training program and nutritional plan with two half-hour virtual check-ins. This plan is a perfect fit for someone experienced with resistance training and needs some guidance and motivation.
A one-hour deep dive into discovering your nutritional lifestyle. You'll get a realistic plan for getting the right amount of calories and types of food needed to help you reach your goal.
A 30-minute nutrition check in added to 1:1 personal training session.
