Not at all. I work with women at different experience levels, including complete beginners. I’ll meet you where you are and help you progress from there.
No. What most women mean by “toned” is building muscle while reducing body fat, and lifting weights is how you create that look. Strength training builds shape and definition, improves body composition, supports your metabolism, strengthens your bones, and helps you stay strong as you age. Women don’t accidentally become overly muscular.
I recommend strength training at least three days per week, although two days can still deliver results with consistent training over time. Four or five days can allow for more training volume and faster progression when programmed appropriately. Ultimately, the right number of days depends on your goals, schedule, budget, and personal preference. Consistency matters most.
No. If you train with me in person, you can train as either a gym member or non-member. Members also have access to the gym’s cardio equipment for any cardio included in their program. If you train with me online, it depends on the program you choose. Some programs are designed for a gym, while others can be done at home with basic equipment.
If you’re not sure where to start, contact me and tell me a little about your goals and experience. I’ll help you choose the option that makes the most sense for you.

Because real progress takes time and consistency. A three-month commitment gives you enough time to establish a training routine, progress your workouts, build better habits, and begin seeing meaningful changes.
It’s also about accountability. When you invest in yourself for more than a few weeks, you’re more likely to give the process a real chance instead of stopping when life gets busy or motivation dips.
My goal isn’t to keep you locked into a program. It’s to give you enough time to actually experience what consistent, well-designed training can do.
